Wollongong Wolves Football Club is excited to announce the appointment of former Socceroo David Carney as the club’s new 1st Grade Head Coach for the 2023 NPL season.

CEO Strebre Delovski said “David is the perfect fit to take the club forward. He brings with him a huge amount of football understanding and experience which is required at the elite level. David is a local, which is a bonus, and will assist also in the youth development to provide opportunities for our next generation of elite players”.
