Head of Youth /Junior Technical Director (13s – 18s)
Part-Time Position (potential for extra work depending on ability to commit to club programs)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as the Head of Youth / Junior Technical Director for our 13s – 18s program. This role is pivotal in developing our young players.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the coaching and development of youth players aged 13-18.
– Implement and manage training programs (13s-18s) in alignment with the club’s philosophy.
– Mentor and support youth coaches, ensuring high standards of coaching.
– Foster a positive and inclusive environment.
– Organise and participate in club programs and events.
Qualifications:
– Australian Citizen or holder of a working holiday visa.
– Minimum B Licence in coaching; A licence is desirable.
– Working with Children Check.
– Must have a driver’s licence.
– Experience in youth coaching and program management.
Skills and Attributes:
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to inspire and motivate coaches and players.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Passionate about youth development and community engagement.
Hours:
– Varying hours depending on game and training days and program schedules.
